Consulting, advisory, implementation, engineering, infrastructure, AI, machine learning, cloud, or related professional services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed or otherwise accepted by Zungala Management LLC and the client.

Those separate agreements may include specific terms regarding scope of work, fees, payment terms, deliverables, confidentiality, intellectual property, warranties, limitations of liability, support obligations, and other project-specific terms.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a separate written agreement for services, the separate written agreement will control for the applicable engagement.
